Background:
The leading global private bank is looking for an experienced corporate trainer with executive education experience to help expand their leaders' skills and in empowering them to fully realise their potential for their own personal and professional growth.
Solution:
We partnered with a professor from University of Science and Technology and Eruditus to deliver a leadership training program with their leaders across different job functons. We touched on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, social awareness and self-mastery.

We did a sharing at their Hong Kong office with more than 150 people dialed in regionally.
Impact:

The team co-created the end-to-end parents journey and helped the school develop an outside-in perspective of what matters to parents and children. The school reprioritised focus and diversified their segments for the new admission year.
