Instead of saying you want to read 25 books in 2022, start small by reading 5 minutes a day on the train. Instead of saying you want to lose 20 pounds, wake up half an hour early a few times a week and put a yoga mat next to your bed. Make sure you have an ecosystem to easily support whatever changes you want to implement in life. Do it gradually and don't aim for radical changes. The more radical it is, the less sustainable they are. Focus on making small and incremental changes in life towards supporting your life goals.
We should welcome challenges! We tend to grow most during the down phases in life.
