Allan was nineteen when he made his US$1million profit from his first fast fashion trading business which he founded after arriving in Hong Kong. People call him the Godfather / Father of Lan Kwai Fong (LKF), he turned LKF into one of Hong Kong’s most popular tourist attractions. During his tenure at Ocean Park, Dr. Zeman managed to raise visitor numbers despite the opening of rival Hong Kong Disneyland.
