I wanted my son and his friends to be treated fair, same and equal, that was the wake up.
According to Glassdoor, 4 in 5 employees and new hires are looking for a more diverse workforce when evaluating companies and job offers.
Despite the recent progress made by some organizations on the DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) agenda, our spearheaded efforts continue to be reactive , failing to create lasting effects in society. That is why today on the Transformative Purpose Podcast, we invited diversity and inclusion advocate and practitioner Sudesh Thevasenabathy to explain the increasing need for building DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) into the people strategies in any organization!

Sudesh and Aaron talk about the existing discriminatory practices of society, first-hand examples of having experienced the same, teaching our kids inclusivity, and devising BOTTOM-UP inclusion and diversity practices in organizations.
